Attaching a File to a Contact

Use this procedure if you want to attach a Word document, or other relevant information, to a contact. This allows you to store all information pertaining to a contact in one location.
To attach a file to a contact:

Open the contact you want to attach a file to.

On the toolbar, click the Attachment icon.

Under Choose a file to attach, type the path to the file, or click Browse to navigate to the file.

Click Attach and the file will appear under Current file attachments. Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional files you want to attach.
When you are finished, the file(s) you selected will appear at the bottom of the contact window, beside Attachments.
