Outlook Bar

The Outlook Bar, located to the left of the main window, offers a number of shortcuts to your personal folders. Clicking the icons in the Outlook Bar opens your Inbox, calendar, and contacts folders. Clicking Options allows you to make personalized settings in Outlook Web Access, such as the local time zone and your preferred day and date display styles. The other Outlook Bar icon, Folders, provides a link to your Exchange mailbox, which is a listing of all your private folders.

The Outlook Bar allows you to work in any public or private folder and still have convenient access to other Outlook Web Access features.

Note  In Outlook Web Access you cannot add items to the Outlook Bar.
